The Hungarian Paneuropean Union – on the basis of the legacy and the achievements of the founder,
Count Richard Coudenhove Kalergi, and life member of the HPEU, Otto von Habsburg-Lothringen and the
spiritual fathers of the European thought: Alcide de Gasperi, Kondrad Adenauer and Maurice Schumann,
as well as the approach of the members of the HPEU – refuses the adoption of the so-called “Tavares
report”, insisted by the left and green political groups of the European Parliament. The decision conflicts
with the principle of the International Paneuropean Union: consequently with the nations of Europe and
the current regulations, including the Lisbon Treaty.
The HPEU fully agrees with the position of PM Viktor Orbán. The HPEU requests the members of the
International Paneuropean Union to protest against the above mentioned partial, unjust report based on
fake argumentation.

Paneuropa Hongrie – sur la base de l’héritage et les réalisations du fondateur, comte Richard
Coudenhove Kalergi, et membre à vie et d’honneur, Otto de Habsbourg-Lothringen et les pères spirituels
de la pensée européenne: Alcide de Gasperi, Konrad Adenauer et Maurice Schumann, ainsi que
l’approche des membres du PH – refuse l’adoption de la soi-disant “rapport de Tavares”, a insisté par les
politiques de gauche et vert forment la majorité du Parlement Européen.
La décision est contraire aux principes de l’Union Paneuropéenne Internationale: une Europe des nations
sans frontières, le droit applicable en Europe et le traité de Lisbonne.
Paneuropa Hongrie est entièrement d’accord avec la position exprimée à Strasbourg par le Premier
ministre hongrois, Viktor Orbán. PH demande les membres de l’Union Paneuropéenne Internationale
pour protester contre ce rapport injuste, qui a été fondée sur de faux arguments.

Die Paneuropa Union Ungarn – Gründer gr. Coudenhove Kalergi und Ehrenpräsident Otto von Habsburg
Lothringen und die geistigen Väter der Europäischen Gemeinschaft Alcide de Gasperi, Konrad Adenauer
und Maurice Schumann, und die politischen Zugehörigkeit des PUU – lehnt das Konzept des sogenannten
“Tavares Bericht” ab, was durch den Europaparlament in dem die Linke und Grüne Fraktionen die
Mehrheit bilden angenommen wurde.
Die Entscheidung steht im Widerspruch zu den Grundsätzen der Internationalen Paneuropa Union: ein
Europa der Nationen ohne Grenzen, dem gültigen Recht in Europa und mit dem Vertrag von Lisabon.
Die Paneuropa Union Ungarn ist im vollständigen Einvernehmen mit der in Straßburg präsentierte
Stellungnahme des ungarischen Ministerpräsidenten Viktor Orbán.
Die PUU bittet die Mitgliederorganisationen des Internationalen Paneuropa Union, das sie verwahren
wegen des rechtswidrigen Beschlusses des Europaparlaments, was auf falsch gezogene Argumenten
basiert.
